Add credits to your RaeNotes account with a credit card, and use that prepaid balance for paying as you go or buy a subscription. 1 credit = $1 USD.
Example
Pay $9 to add 9 credits to your account. It is enough for transcribing 1-hour recording (60 minutes x $0.15).
Pay $75 to add 75 credits to your account and buy a subscription.
Your first file and 90 minutes are free. Afterwards, RaeNotes Basic plan costs $0.15 per audio minute.
Example. 35-minute recording would cost (30 minutes x $0.15) = $4.50
When you upload recordings after your free trial, you will be prompted to buy credits. You can add credits to your Raenotes account with a credit card and PayPal account. Check 'Accounts & Billing' page for instructions.
RaeNotes have a referral program. You can earn free minutes by inviting your friends to try out RaeNotes. RaeNotes accounts get 20 min per referral. You can find your referral link here https://app.raenotes.com/invite
We offer full refund for remaining credits within 14 days after the date that we charge you. There is no refund for recordings which have already been transcribed. If the charges were made in error, we will credit your account or credit card account for the amount that was charged in error. You must let us know within thirty 30 days after the payment date.
