Zoom upload fails

If you see the Zoom recording cannot be downloaded. Check Zoom permissions. message or Zoom upload silently fails, ensure download permissions in Zoom account. Steps:

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation menu, click User Management then Groups.
3. Click the applicable group name from the list.
4. Click Recording & Transcript tab.
5. Search for "Cloud recording downloads".
6. Toggle to enable it.

Note, RaeNotes lists only fresh recordings. Recordings older than 1 year are not fetched and not listed. These recordings can be downloaded via Zoom website and uploaded to RaeNotes using File upload feature.
