Video doesn't play

Video doesn't play because your browser doesn't support video codec that were used to compess the video data.

How to fix:

1. Change the browser.
2. Avoid MP4V-encoded video. It isn't supported in a meaningful way by any major browsers.
3. Change the codec of your video and upload it again. We recommend HEVC (H.265) codec. HandBrake is free and open source GUI software created for transcoding.
