The transcription turnaround is 15-30 minutes depending on the length of the file. This applies to audio files that are 60 minutes or less. First Draft files are usually done within 2-3 business days.
If the transcription is stuck at 10% or 27%, please wait. The transcription is processing. You will receive an email notification when your transcript is completed.
Contact us if you see the error message 'The transcription can't be completed because an unexpected error occurred'. All failed recordings are refunded automatically in 3 days.
