Preview the form in the Scores tab

For a recording marked against ACC MSR with BARS (2025), MCC MSR with BARS (2025) or Minimum Skills Requirements for PCC (2025), the Scores tab shows what the Session Observation Form will show: each statement's rating and each competency's two-thirds verdict, updated as you mark.

Step-by-step guide

1

Open the Scores tab

Open the recording and click Scores. The table lists every competency and statement of the model:

  • Demonstrated (2/3 rule) — for Competencies 3 to 8, how many statements are demonstrated out of how many the two-thirds rule asks for, such as 3 / 3.
  • Result — for a competency, a checkbox ticked when it meets the requirement. For a statement, its rating on ACC and MCC (Exceeds Standard, Meets Standard…; a rating below the standard is shown in grey), or a checkbox ticked when it is observed on PCC.

Competencies 1 and 2 have no count, as you attest them on the form. Their statements still show their ratings; on PCC, Competency 2 shows its checkbox, ticked when two different mindset markers are observed.

Choose the Statement ratings resolution (ACC and MCC)

When you mark a statement more than once, the form reports one rating for it. Statement ratings resolution chooses which: Most frequent rating (the default; a tie goes to the higher rating), Lowest or Highest.

In this session 7.3 was marked once Below Standard and once Meets Standard. Most frequent rating reports Meets Standard and the competency meets the requirement; Lowest reports Below Standard and it does not.

The choice is shared with the export dialog: what you pick here is what the exported form uses.

Competency 7 under Most frequent rating: 2 / 2 and ticked
Most frequent rating: 7.3 is Meets Standard, 2 / 2.
Competency 7 under Lowest: 1 / 2 and not ticked
Lowest: 7.3 is Below Standard, 1 / 2.
3

Choose whose markings count

Notes/Outcomes Authors chooses whose markings the preview counts. By default, All non-AI, it counts everyone who marked the recording except RaeNotes' AI. Select one or more people, or RaeNotes (AI), to count only them. The choice applies to the recording you are on.

4

Open the proof of a rating

A row with markings ends with >. Click it to open the Outcomes tab on the moments behind that row:

  • For a statement, such as 7.3, the Outcomes tab lists only the markings of that statement, under a chip of its own.
  • For a competency, the Outcomes tab shows that competency alone.

Click a competency chip to show that competency instead, or the statement's chip to return to the chips as they were.

Good to know

  • Which model the tab uses. The model of the recording's review, if it has one, or else your active model. Mark against the form's model to see the preview.
  • Other models. For a model without an ICF form, the Scores tab keeps counting the markings of each competency, as before. If your team has set up its own evaluation for a model, the Scores tab shows that evaluation instead.
  • No pass or fail. The preview shows the form's verdicts only; it gives no overall pass or fail.
